We only ship to the continental US (Lower 48 States)
ORDER PROCESSING:
Excluding weekends and holidays, it usually takes no more than 2 days to process and prepare an order for shipment. Typically, during non peak season, we are able to process orders within the same day if ordered before 2:00 pm (CST). For custom orders the processing time will vary depending on the request.
Expect an email as soon as your order is processed to let you
know your order is on the way!
CARRIER:
We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. Typically we use USPS on small order items and FedEx/UPS on larger items. If you have a preference on a carrier due to your location please contact us as soon as you order so that we can make accommodations.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages that may incur during the shipping process and delivery. If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to claim with the shipping company.
If we presume that any damage to an item was done after an order arrived to a customer, we reserve the right to withhold and withdraw any claims made.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the non-delivery of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
